Frank has lived a very sheltered life and has remained in his plastic bag. This means he’s in great vintage condition!
-Very inexperienced in life and needs someone to hold his hand and show him the ropes- he’s nervous.
-Has ambitions of being a singer in a feisty blues band.
-Will repeatedly ask you for “a pint of bitter please, love” despite you always telling him no (because he’s a baby.)

Eyes and tongue move, lightweight plastic.
